St. Mary's Condominiums is a
2.6 acre property
located 1.5 miles from interchange of
Route 20 and Interstate 495, situated on the top of the hill in close proximity
to Lake Williams and downtown Marlborough. When complete, the property will consist of
four buildings:
School,
Rectory,
Church and
Townhouses
containing 10, 5, 10 and 11 units respectively, 36 units total. Each building offers its own
architectural style and influences the unique appearance of this historic site. The project
started in Fall 2007 and will be completed in three phases.
The first phase will include
